Question:

My 2020 Santa Fe Limited 2.0 Turbo has a rear collision avoidance system which utilizes radar and various other sensors. Is it confirmed that the metal of the hitch and components wont interfere with their function? When NOT towing a trailer. I know when towing they need to be turned off.

The rear sensors on your 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe will not be affected by the installation of the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75908.

As you can see by the accompanying photo and the linked installation video of this hitch on a 2020 Santa Fe, the hitch is completely underneath the vehicle, and it installs on the sides of the frame rails, where no type of sensors are present. I recommend taking a look at the directions and the linked install video as well of the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75908.
