Im looking to attach Item # TH620002 to a 2018 Ford Transit T150 Van. What mounting brackets will I need? Will Item # TH301650 work?

While we can get you the right parts to add a Thule awning to your 2018 Ford Transit T150 van, it would be with parts that are different than what you mentioned, because those are not a fit for Ford vans. Instead, you would need to add a permanent, direct-mount to your van.
You will be able to use one of the following awnings, with the only difference being their size, and they do come with mounting hardware for a permanent installation on your 2018 Ford Transit T150.
- 55 sq. ft. Thule Hide Away Awning # TH490018
- 80 sq. ft. Thule HideAway Awning # TH490011
