Anyway to edit the kit with flange 5/8” lugs instead of the acorn? My wheels cannot work with acorn

You'd have to piece together the kit you'd need using what you do need from the # DBRKHW85G. This comes with bearings part # 25580 and # 02475 and seals # GS-2250DL.
I am not totally sure what lug nuts you'd need so I attached a link to a page that has all of the lug nuts we offer.
