What size bolts are used in the kit, I sure grade 8. But what size and length?

I checked with Curt and for the Adjustable Curt Lunnette Ring Ball Mount # C48631 the bolt sizes are 5/8 x 11 x 5 1/2 for the big bolts and 1/2 x 13 x 1-1/2 for the small ones. They are all Grade 8 like you mentioned as well.
