Adapter for Duncan Towmatic 2 Tow Bar for Base Plates on 2016 GMC Terrain

All you need is an adapter and you can absolutely use your Towmatic II tow bar to flat tow your 2016 GMC Terrain. The correct part is the RoadMaster Base Plates to Duncan Towmatic II, Karbar and EazAligner Tow Bars Adapter # RM-038; you will also need the Roadmaster Tow Bar Quick Disconnect Kit # RM-201.

These will work with the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-523184-5 that fit your 2016 Terrain. I have added a link to a video showing these base plates being installed on a Terrain for you to check out.

The other parts you'll need to flat tow your 2016 GMC Terrain are the following:

- Safety Chains: Roadmaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643
- Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
- Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25 & Charge Line Kit # RM-156-75 (if your motorhome does not have one)
- Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass Switch # RM-76517 (4-cylinder engine) or # RM76511 (V6 engine)
- Supplemental Braking System: Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251
OR
- If your motorhome has air brakes: Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motorhomes with Air Brakes # SM99243
