The install difficulty for the Aries ActionTrac boards # AA3048321 that you referenced is listed as "moderate" and based on viewing the instructions it would appear to be a job you could knock out pretty easily in a few hours. Check out the install instructions link I attached and you can see the entire process outlined. As long as you have basic tools and mechanical skills you'd have no problem knocking this out pretty quickly.
