Fast shipping! I ordered a set of steps for an unknown vehicle and did not notice until I attempted to print installation instructions. I called etrailer and talked to Ashley who sent an email with return instructions as well as sending the correct set of steps to me. Fantastic customer service which is hard to find these days. 4.5* actually. Overall, I really like these. They are a good price and they look nice. Some of the brackets had to be bent a little bit to get them to line up correctly, but it wasn't bad. I've actually purchased these twice! I sold the first vehicle, but immediately bought these for the better optioned vehicle I traded up for. NOTE - DO NOT buy the door delete kit that can be added to this. It's a waste of money that overrides the basic automatic functionality on a daily basis. The basic kit includes an on/off switch already.

2021 Jeep Gladiator

I finally got them installed and they are wonderful. My wife has arthritic knees and it was very difficult for her to get in the Jeep. With these Motorized Running Boards she can now get in effortlessly.

Over all a great product. Installation instructions were straight forward, a couple of areas could use install hints such as "when installing frame brackets leave connections very loose". If you any type of DIY installer this will be a fun project. The quality of the running boards is very good any area you will stand on is solid and appears to be durable. Plastics end caps on the main part of the running board seem like they could come off at some point. The drop down step has open ends and seems like debris could become built up over time inside. The wiring harness is very well made, couple of extra wires came with it that the instructions do no indicate what to do with them, but they appeared not to be needed for my installation. Over operational quality is good they are quick to drop down and retract. When they drop down expect to hear a "metal on metal thud" because they drop so quickly, this takes a little getting used to. Again, overall great product.

2026 dodge Ram Pickup

They are very sturdy and install is not too hard. The wiring harness is top notch and includes everything you need. They fold up and look like a plain step bar until you open the door then the bottom step swings down and makes accessing my Ram 5500 much easier! I know the application says it won’t fit a 4500 or a 5500 but I assure you they fit any Ram 2500-5500. No cutting into the factory wiring harness, all the steps need are +12 volts from the battery and a ground screw.

2017 Jeep Wrangler

All brackets has areas that didn’t get coating and rust was starting to form. Primed with cold-galv paint then followed up with satin black.
Instructions were not in color as stated, black and white photos hard to make out. Had to cross reference on the web in addition to the instructions to install.
The running boards … one opens and closes louder then the other which is startling at first but very pleased, works as advertised, looks good.

My wife has had hip and knee replacement and we had to carry a step for her to get into our Chevy 2500HD. With these running boards the step extends low enough she can get in and out on her own, well worth the install.

I liked the idea of a two step running board. My wife has had operations
on her knees and was difficult for her to get into her jeep with the
standard side steps. I started looking for powered steps and these
sounded like just the ticket. There was some fabrication involved,
because I installed them on a 2000 TJ Wrangler, but nothing too crazy. I
used some 3/16" flat bar and sandwiched it between the body mounts. In
retrospect, I should have used C channel for the longer front mount,
because I had to weld gussets on it. Welded a piece of angle to the
flat bar for the supplied mounts. If you don't have a welder, it could
all be bolted in with the C channel.
I also didn't care for the supplied magnets and switches held on with
tape to operate the steps. We hit up the u-pull-it wrecking yard and got
the same style switch that operates the dome lights and I installed them
above the original switches.
I put the door delete bypass in the housing for the front speakers on
the dash.
They have been installed for about two months now and we've had no
problems with the operation. Lots of likes from our friends who see them
in operation.

One year update. Still loving the running boards. No problems with function or looks. They have had a lot of mud washed off of them. The powdercoat is tough and still looks great.

2017 Chevrolet Colorado

I love the steps. Did a self installation and it was not too bad, just time consuming. I wish it came with more split loom and of bigger diameter. I bought 1 in. split loom as I feel the wiring was too exposed under the vehicle. Silly thing, the sensors were the most painstaking task, as mine were simply not lining up right. Thank you.

Install was no joke. Hard part is the wiring. Had to remove the rear interior and pillar panels to install harness and four door switches. Has to be a better way, like tapping into the door light switch wire to trigger the steps!
Steps are nice, I like how there are two steps compared to the other guys power step. Lot easier on the seat bolsters getting out instead of sliding out to a lower step.

My truck looked so nice with the two step running boards that a thief stole it and wrecked running from law enforcement. Four months and $30 grand spent put my truck back on the road. The wreck bent the passenger side board but it still worked partially but both were replaced.

Hey Mauricio. The # AA27FR is a confirmed fit for your Gladiator. However, I'm not finding any information that states explicitly whether or not it will work with a tire reflector bracket installed. I reached out to Aries and found that these boards require 87" of clearance.
