Question:
Will install in a 2019 Buick Envision. Does unit use power from Motor Home or the towed vehicle ? In a 7 pin connector on motor home is one leg always on supplying 12 volts? How would I go about getting the signal lights into the Motorhome? The Motor home will be a 2020.5 or 2021 sunseeker 3010 DS with updated ford E450 Chassis.

I'll start off by saying that aside from a supplemental braking system, there are a couple of other components you're going to need in order to flat tow your 2019 Buick Envision; flat towing requires base plates, a tow bar, tow bar wiring, safety cables and most likely a high/low adapter.
You've made a good choice by choosing the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 as your supplemental braking system. This system is powered via a connection with the battery on your 2019 Buick Envision. When it comes to controlling the lights on your toad, you will need a wiring kit like the Roadmaster Diode Kit # RM-15267, which will use your Sunseeker 3010DS's 7 way connector to transmit signals to the components in the RM-15267 that will activate the lights. You'll also need the Roadmaster Fuse Bypass Kit when installing this wiring kit, which will allow you to disable fuses quickly to prepare for flat towing your vehicle.
If you don't already have base plates, a tow bar or a high low adapter, you will also need these components. I've compiled a list of my recommendations for those below for you to easily find if you do not already have them.
Base Plates: Roadmaster Direct Connect Base Plates # RM-523196-5
Tow Bar: Roadmaster Night Hawk # RM-676 (comes with safety cables integrated)
You will need to measure to determine which high/low adapter you will require for your setup, but I've linked our selection of them, as well as a helpful article on how to measure to determine which one you'll need to this answer. There are also some videos and other helpful articles on flat towing linked as well.
