I was able to find a photo of a Lance travel trailer with the large 3 tank cover that you referenced. If your setup looks like the one in the photo, from what I can tell, you should be able to install the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray # CC-255, but it will require some very minor modifications to your propane cover.

There isn't another option for an RV frame mounted cargo tray, so to make this one work, all you'd need to do is open up 4 small holes (two on each side) that can allow the 5/16 inch bolts to sit on top of your A-frame. In the attached photo, this person was able to simply rest the cover on top of the u-bolts, but since your cover uses fasteners to keep it fixed to the top of the A-Frame, you would need to just make room for the U-bolts instead. It looks like there is enough room between the jack and the front of the cover to install the lower support mount without any issues.
