We have almost exactly what you need with the axle # 35545I-EZ-89 for an axle with idler hubs or part # e43SR for hub/drums with brakes. It's the right capacity, right distance between spring seats, but the hub face to hub face dimension is 1 inch longer than what you need but if you can work with that you'd be fine.
Then for the leaf spring with the closest length to 25.5 inch you'd want the part # e54SR which is 25-1/8 inches from eye to eye. If your old springs are 25.5 inch this would work well for you since springs tend to stretch over time.
