Question:
I recently purchased a new control unit 1 8 0 0 7 0 9 and I close my screen door whether the ignition switch is on or not and the steps go up do I have the wrong magnetic switch? And if so what switch do I need to make it right? I went off the electrical diagram and checked all the voltage in the four way plug all was good, the coach had the original controller large white box its off of a 1995 Damon 35 foot Class A thanks

It appears your issue is that you installed the wrong module on your RV steps. Since your module currently says 909513 the correct replacement solution is the part # LC379606 instead. This would explain why your door switch setup is not working properly.
