2018 Ram 2500 Laramie with 5th wheel/gooseneck tow package installed. What rails do you recommend with this Patriot 5th wheel hitch?

Since you already have the fifth wheel prep package in your 2018 Ram 2500, you only need to use a rail adapter to mount the Patriot:

- Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # RP30154
- B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3200

The adapter will mount directly in your Ram's puck system, and you will simply mount the Patriot on the adapter and you're set! The accompanying photo is one that a customer sent in of the Reese adapter on a Ram, and I have also added links to a couple video reviews for you to check out.
