Yes, you can use two Yakima JayLow Kayak Racks, # Y04073, on your Subaru Outback to carry two kayaks at a time. Be sure you check the weight capacity of your vehicles roof and roof rack to ensure you do not overload your roof or roof rack.
You may also be interested in etrailer tie-down kit, # e36ZR, or Thule hood loops, # TH529, to provide secure attachment points for the bow and stern tie downs of your kayaks.
