Question:
Looking through your questions regarding the Ultra Fab 2inch expandable hitch weld on. I have a 2017 Heartland Cyclone 5th wheel toy hauler with I-Beam spacing right at 78inch outside edge to outside edge. Will this unit work for a cargo carrier such as the Stromberg Carlson 23 x 60?? Im pretty sure I can get a good fit to where the welds under the I-Beam are complete. Thanks,

The Ultra-Fab 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver for Trailer Frames will work great for your 2017 Heartland Cyclone 5th wheel toy hauler. The hitch requires between 47-1/8" to 77" from the inside of the frame to the inside of the frame on the other side. Since you have 78" total from outside to outside, there is more than enough room to mount it. Like you mentioned, this is a weld on hitch, and may require gussets to be welded to I-Beam frames.
The hitch is not inteded to tow with, but you carry a bike rack or cargo carrier on the back of your trailer with it. The Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier # CC-100 will be a great addition to move some of your gear to the outside so you can enjoy your 5th wheel without being cramped.
If you do want to take some bikes with you and hit the trails, you can use # CC-125, the Bike Rack Adapter for Stromberg Carlson Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier. This will convert the cargo carrier into a platform style rack. I like the adapter because you won't have to remove the cargo carrier from the hitch, and then find a storage spot. Less things to store and take up room is always a positive to me.
I attached a few videos for you to check out and reference.
