Will this fit/work on a factory 2inch hitch on a 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500?

I do have a great solution for you, however because of the collar design on the factory hitch receiver for your 2007 Chevy Silverado, the Draw-Tite QSP Hitch Silencer and Cover # 63080 will not be a good fit.

For an easy-to-use anti-rattle device that will work well on this hitch I instead recommend the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061. This simply slides over the shank of your ball mount or accessory and hooks around the hitch's collar with the U-bolt to create a really tight connection without any movement/rattle during travel. I have attached a short video demonstration below so you can see exactly how it works.

There isn't another anti-rattle product available that features an integrated cover like the Draw-Tite unit you were looking at, but you could still add this separately with something like # PC002207 to help keep the receiver clear of rust and debris.
