Can MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent Replace Ventline VD0434 Bathroom Vent without Modification

Question:
Will the MaxxAir fit my existing frame in the bathroom or will roof have to be cut and modified?

The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-07500K that you referenced is designed to fit the standard 14 inch by 14 inch RV roof vent openings which you most likely have in your Keystone. Since I believe you have a Ventline VD0434 currently this would be an exact match and wouldn't require any modification.
