Will I have ground clearance issues if I install the Draw Tite 36644 on my 2019 Subaru Impreza?

When we installed the Draw Tite hitch part # 36644 on a similar 2018 Subaru Impreza as your 2019 model we found that it had right at 8-1/2 inches of ground clearance. I wouldn't call that great ground clearance but we haven't had reports of it being an issue. Instead a better option would be the EcoHitch part # 306-X7350 as only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper. This allows better ground clearance when turning into driveways or other elevation changes which is where you'll most likely have the issue. The attached picture is the EcoHitch installed on a similar Impreza.
