The Draw-Tite # 76271 is a Class III hitch with a 2 inch receiver tube. This is the more popular receiver size that has a much larger selection of hitch mounted accessories available that would be compatible. The # 36671 is a Class II hitch that uses the smaller 1-1/4 inch receiver tube. Both hitches have the same towing capacity, but the Class III has a much larger tongue weight capacity at 525 lbs than the 350 lb capacity of the Class II. So, If you are wanting to carry 4 heavy bikes around or a fully loaded cargo carrier, the Class III would definitely be the way to go and is what I recommend.
If you were needing the hitch for towing purposes, you'd need a wiring harness, # 118467 a 2 inch ball mount # D-28 and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch.
I've linked you to installation instructions and videos for the hitch and the wiring harness I recommended.
