The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit that you need to use your Blue Ox Avail tow bar part # BX7420 with the 2020 Jeep Cherokee is part # BX1143. The Blue Ox base plate kit for your Cherokee Trailhawk have easily removable arms for a discreet look when not in use. I have attached the installation instructions for your reference.
You will also need a supplemental braking system, tow bar wiring, and possibly a high low adapter. I have attached the options I recommend below if you do not have these parts already:
