Question:

I need a 2 bike rack for a Roadtrek 200 no rear door so i want it to sit as close to the back as possible any ideas? its a 2000 Roadtrek 200 its 2" hitch is flush with the bumper, 60 two 70 Lbs bikes, no fenders. Since your 2000 Roadtrek 200 is a motorhome, you will need a bike rack that is approved for motorhome use, as well as one that has the capacity for the heavy 70 lb bikes. For bikes that heavy the best option is the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for Electric Bikes # S94FR.

This rack will fit bikes with tires up to 3 inches wide so if your bikes have tires up to 5 inches wide you will also need the Fat Tire Adapter Kit # S64679.

This is an extremely solid and sturdy bike rack that has an anti-rattle pin to keep your ride quiet, as well as locks for the rack and your bikes to help protect the investments you made in your bikes and the bike rack.

I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well of the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for Electric Bikes # S94FR.

Heavy bikes often mean a bike rack with a larger price tag, but for lighter bikes there are a couple of really budget-friendly options that are approved for use on the back of a motorhome and the best overall value for this is the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider 2-Bike Platform Rack # HR200Z because it gives you a sturdy bike rack with a 45 lb per-bike capacity as well as integrated locks to keep the rack safe in the hitch and your bikes safe on the rack. It also has an anti-rattle hitch pin, weighs a manageable 34 lbs, and gives you a 5 inch rise in the shank for optimal clearance from the ground. For bikes that aren't particularly heavy, the Trail Rider absolutely gives you the most for your money. If you are simply looking for the most economical rack that is approved for use on an RV, that is the Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack Platform Style # S64650. This rack has a 35 lb per bike capacity and does not have locks, but will get the job done if you simply need to move your bikes from Point A to Point B relatively infrequently. I have added links to video reviews of both racks for you to take a look at as well.
