Question:
We got the full S7 Kit - Rear, Left, Right and door cameras. The rear camera we paired up perfectly, but unable to pair up the other cameras - no male adapter on the other cameras to plug up to the female adapter for the Monitor. Where can I get those?

It sounds like you are referring to the Furrion Side Cameras # FCE48TASL that are part of a complete system that includes the rear camera and monitor from the Furrion Vision S Wireless Camera System # FOS05TASF. These additional cameras won't actually plug into the monitor harness, as they will be paired wirelessly to the appropriate camera location.
I have attached the full install manual below and you can read through the pairing process starting on page 9.
For power the cameras will simply wire to the tail light circuit wires on your RV/trailer for constant observation or to the reverse circuit wire for backup function only.
