Is there a fuse inside the monitor?

The Monitor for your Furrion Vision S wireless Rv Backup Camera part # FOS43TASF is meant to come on as soon as it has a 12V power source. Some vehicles only power on the 12 volt accessory outlet when the vehicle is running; you want to check that fuse to see if it's blown, and if it's getting power.

You can check the fuses with part # PTW2992, and test to see if the fuse gets power with the key off, in the run position, or vehicle running.

Another item to check is the camera, you need to make sure the camera is on as well. There is a blue light that will illuminate on the camera to let you know when it has power.

I reached out to my contact at Furrion, he told me that there is a fuse inside the monitor's cord at the end of the 12v plug/cigarette outlet. If you unscrew the silver tip on the end of the plug, there is a 2 amp, 125v slow blow fuse.
