I checked with Thule regarding the fits of their ladder racks on a 2020 Jeep Gladiator and can confirm that the Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH500XTB (Black) and # TH500XT (Silver) do fit your truck.
This ladder rack is highly adjustable and mounting it only requires clamping the rack onto your bed rails so you do not need to do any type of drilling or other invasive installation steps. The Xsporter Pro is going to be a quieter ladder rack than others due to its aerodynamic bars, and is extremely durable because its bars are made from anodized aluminum, which is completely rustproof. This rack is so durable that it even comes with a lifetime warranty.

Xsporter rack on Jeep Gladiator The front rack adjustment is significantly impeded by the wheel wells. As a result, i need to know if the vertical bars can be lifted up and out of the mounting bracket for temporary removal.
