In order to tell you the correct breakaway cables for the surge brakes on your 2002 Sea Ray single axle trailer I'd first need to know what actuator is installed on your trailer. You might be able to use the Replacement Safety Cable for Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuators # DM12200 but you'd need to ensure that the 28" length is correct for you and that the 1/4" screw and 1-1/2" length is enough for your actuator.
If this option doesn't work, let me know what surge brake actuator you have on your trailer and I can make a different recommendation for you from our linked selection.
