In general the taller the plow the better the angle it can be set at which allows for easier scraping. The wider the plow the more snow it moves in a single pass. For a front hitch for a 2007 Ford E-350 like you have we then have the part # 65001 which will fit and work great as a base mount for a hitch mounted plow.
For an 84 by 22 inch plow then the SnowBear Part # SB324-081 would be a really great option that is easy to use and very effective. I attached a review video for more info on it as well.
