Will this work as a spare tire for my 2020 Coleman Lantern LT 274BH camper Also need a Bumper bracket

In order to choose the correct spare wheel/tire for a 2020 Coleman Lantern LT 274BH we first need to know the tire size and load range. The tire size is listed on the sidewall of the tire along with the load range which should be LRC for load range c or LRD for load range d. I see you were looking at 205/75-15 tires so if that is what you have then the Castle Rock ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Silver Mod Wheel part # LHACK121 is what I would use if you have load range c tires or the Westlake ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Silver Mod Wheel part # LHAW121 if you have load range d tires as they match the factory wheels.

The Loadstar ST205/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire w/ 15" Black Mod Wheel part # AM3S664DX is a bias ply tire which would not work well for you. For a spare tire carrier, I recommend the Bumper Mounted Tire Carrier part # TR-1 and then for a cover I recommend the Adco Spare Tire Cover part # 290-1737.
