Thanks Jameson. I'm going to order the blue ox bass plate and also the diode kit. I know a fellow camper who was looking to sell a blue ox BRK 2012 braking system and I think I may buy that. And then sell it after we're done. I know there is a 2016 model do you know how the 2012 compares to the BRK 2016 or 2019? DP arcade 2012 was only

For ease of use and the fact this is a temporary situation a Blue Ox Patriot part BRK2019 I think will be your best choice. The Air Force One install is pretty in-depth and take quite a bit of time. The Patriot is super simple to install and use and when you're done using it you could easily sell it second hand.
To give you an idea of what all you'd need to install with the Air Force One you can check out the second vehicle kit part # SM99209 which covers everything you'd need to install on your 2019 Ram. I did attach an install video for this kit on a similar 2015 Ram to show you the entire process as well.
The base plate kit you need to connect to the Blue Ox tow bar is the part # BX2414.
For lighting you can use the diode kit, # RM-15267, and not have to worry about cutting into the taillight housing. This will splice into your taillight wiring to allow your tow vehicle to control the taillight assemblies of the towed vehicle. This comes with a round 6-way connector that you will install on the front of your towed vehicle and enough coiled wire to go from there to the RV.
