I do have a great option for you, however the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98865 that you referenced will not fit your 2009 Saturn Vue. This particular hitch is designed for the Saturn Vue up through the 2007 model year, so it will not line up to the frame rails of your 2009 model.
For your vehicle I highly recommend the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch # 13594, which features a nice hidden-crosstube design that allows only the 2" receiver to be visible (to maintain a sleek OEM appearance - see attached picture) and is assembled right here in the USA. This will line right up to existing holes in the frame rails of your Vue for a simple bolt-on installation.
I have attached an installation video that you can also use for reference.
