Question:
I just bought an equalizer 4 point sway control head and 1,200 lb. bars to replace my E2 2 point set up. So I have the head, bars, shank, and pins and clip for the new set up. My question is do I need to get a larger bracket? The new bars for the 4 point seem larger than my current bars for the Fastway E2 system. I dont have them with me currently or I would look since they are in the trailer.

I reached out to my contact at Equal-i-zer (and Fastway) and he said you can continue using the existing Fastway e2 lift brackets on your trailer with the new Equal-i-zer 1,200 pound Spring Bars # EQ90-01-1299 and Head # EQ90-02-1200. This is not an issue at all.
The trailer frame brackets that are used for the Fastway and Equal-i-zer systems aren't identical, but they are interchangeable between the two systems in terms of function. There's no need to swap your current brackets with Equal-i-zer units.
