Yes, using the Trailer Connector Adapter w/ Lamp-Out Sensor Bypass # 20142 will allow the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System w/ Night Vision # FOS43TASF to work with your 2019 GMC Sierra.
On a side note, the Furrion Vision S part # FOS43TASF you referenced comes with a 4.3" screen which is only compatible with 1 camera. If you go with the 5" Monitor Kit # FOS05TASF you will be able to add another 3 cameras. A popular option is to add the Marker Light RV Side Cameras # FCE48TASL which give you some extra eyes on the sides of your trailer.
