Control Your Fan with the Push of a Button

Wall Switch

Tired of yanking on a pull chain over and over to get the fan speed you want? Or grabbing a step stool to reverse your fan blade direction? This handy wall switch lets you control the fan speed, so you can turn it on low just to get a little air flowing, medium to stay comfortable, and medium-high or high on those sweltering summer days. The switch also lets you change the direction of the fan blades and turn the fan on and off with the push of a button.

Stay Comfortable All Year Round

Spinning your fan blades in the right direction is important. This reversible RV ceiling fan helps keep you, your family, and even your pets comfortable during any season and reduces the use of your air conditioner and furnace.

In the warmer spring and summer months, you should set your fan to spin counterclockwise. This creates a wind chill effect where cool air is pushed down and out and then redistributed throughout your RV, allowing you to set the temperature on your thermostat higher to avoid blasting your air conditioner all summer.

Using a ceiling fan in the winter seems backwards, right? Wrong. In fact, you should set your fan to spin clockwise at low speed to keep your RV cozy and comfortable in the chilly fall and winter months. This revolving action pulls cool air up to the ceiling and pushes warm air, which naturally rises, down along the walls toward the floor, preventing cold pockets of air from forming. In doing this, you'll be able to set the temperature on your thermostat lower in the winter.

Very easy process and a fair price. Quick delivery. I would certainly buy other Prost from this company.

Installed last week and working fine so far. A tad noisy but moves air great!

by:

by:

Good system just what I needed for camper bed room

by:

Looks fantastic and very fast shipping

by:

Good size for small spaces. Good quality. Would be better with a light.

by:

The manufacture did not include an important item. Etrailer got right on it and took care of it.

by:

Will was very good about the I issues I was having. I would call on Will if I need to order new product or address and questions I may have. Thank you Will…

by:

Nice quality fan with quiet operation. The only issue I have is that when starting the fan you always have to reverse direction. It blows air upward and I need it to blow downward. It would be nice if it knew what direction it was running when it was turned off.

by:

I works but tends to make some noise. It is NOT in my opinion designed for more than intermittent use. Brushes get quite noisy if you leave it on and they ware in. Which I do in a small bedroom. It is good for what it is but I would like to find one with a brushless motor.

by:

Easy to install, replaced a light with the fan. helps move air in the heat.
Great idea.

by:

Fan was received looking as expected. Directions were very poorly written and barely legible which is what you get with Made in China. This was important as the fan came with a wall control for speed and reverse functions which we could not use as the existing fan contol was in a 4 gang RV switch plate. The wiring was a bit confusing and we just used trial and error to get it to work.

  • How To Wire In The LaSalle Bristol 12V RV Ceiling Fan w/ Wall Switch # 344410TSDC42BNBK
The four wires in the picture of the 12V RV Ceiling Fan w/ Wall Switch # 344410TSDC42BNBK you referenced are coming from the wall remote # 344410TSSW12V. You'll wire the wall remote in the following manner: White: Fan Motor + Blue: Fan Motor - Black: Trailer Battery - Red: Trailer Battery +

  • Fan Motor and Wall Switch Wiring Diagram for the LaSalle Bristol 12V RV Ceiling Fan
That does sounds frustrating, Cody. But, I do think I've stumbled onto something you can use. According to the instructions, the wiring for the actual fan motor goes: -Connect the white (positive) wire from motor to the white (positive) wire from the ceiling, -Connect the motor grounding wire from to the grounding wire in the ceiling, -Connect the blue (negative) wire from motor to the blue (negative) wire to the ceiling. After making the wire connections, the wires should be spread...

  • Can the LaSalle Bristol 4 Speed Fan Be Used to Replace a 2 Speed Fan
Hey Greg, so from what I can gather the 12V RV Ceiling Fan w/ Wall Switch # 344410TSDC42BNBK is still a 2 wire system so it should work fine to replace your 2 speed fan. Basically the 2 wires, + & - , will go into the control box, then 2 wires will go out to the fan. So from what I understand, you won't need anything else to install this fan.

  • Best 12 Volt RV Ceiling Fan with No Light
If you are adding a fan to your camper I would choose the East Seventeen 12V RV Ceiling fan # 344410TSDC42BNWH. This fan has 4 speeds and a 42" diameter so it will move a lot of air for you. It is the largest 12 volt, no light, fan blade we offer. With no light and the hugger-style design it doesn't hang too low either. With this being a 12 volt fan the install won't be as difficult because most campers will already be wired with 12V in the ceiling. It comes with a wall switch to control...

  • How to Determine if My RV Ceiling Fan is 12 Volt or 120 Volt
The easiest way to figure out if the fan is 12v or 120v is to try to turn the fan on while you aren't hooked up to shore power. If it turns on without being hooked up to shore power or a generator, then it is a 12 volt fan. According to all of the owners manuals that I could find in that year range, Keystone used 12 volt fans in their units, including your Raptor. If you are looking to replace the fan, I recommend looking at the East Seventeen series. They are brushed nickel with either...

I took a look at what we carry, and I was able to find you something, however I wasn't able to find a black and gold fan like you're looking for. • Can I use a 110v Ceiling Fan to Replace my 12v Ceiling Fan
This is not really the recommended setup, but you could use a 110v fan like the 42" Hugger Style RV Ceiling Fan # 277-000086 in your 12v DC setup if you have a power inverter on your 5th wheel that supplies both 110v and 12vDC power throughout the trailer- However, this would require some re-wiring of your trailer's electrical system. To do this you would need to re-wire the existing system from the 12vDC power it is currently drawing from to your inverter so that it could draw from the...

  • Will 12V RV Ceiling Fan w/ Wall Switch Work In 2021 Keystone Montana High Country
Hey Joe! Any 12V ceiling fan like the # 344410TSDC42BNBK will work in your 2021 Keystone Montana High Country as a replacement. Take a look at the dimensions to make sure that works for you. It won't exactly be a plug in installation since you are connecting wires with wire nuts. However, assuming you have the same functions on your current fan it will be fairly straightforward. Does your switch look like the one below? If not, I recommend replacing the switch with the one included with...
