Can ARK Extreme Off-Road Trailer Jack # ORJW350D Replace Fulton F2 on Trailer Tongue
Updated 10/04/2019 | Published 10/03/2019 >
Question:
I currently have a fulton f2 tongue jack on my tear trailer, the fulton swivel wheel doesnt swivel on anything but flat concrete. Id like to replace it with the Ark XO350 but want to know if the ark will fit on the mounting plate that the fulton f2 is currently bolted to. If not is there an adapter available?

I went out to our warehouse to take a few measurements on the mounting bracket for the ARK Extreme Off-Road Trailer Jack # ORJW350D (compared to the mounting pattern for your existing Fulton F2) and found that they differ enough that you wouldn't be able to bolt it to the current weld-on plate on your trailer. With that being said, you can still use this particular jack without using the welded plate because this doesn't share the same mounting style as the Fulton F2.
The ARK Extreme Trailer Jack is actually a bolt-on installation (not weld or drill) that uses adjustable plates to mount around the trailer frame itself, not directly to it with a welded bracket. As long as your trailer frame/tongue isn't shorter than 2 inches or taller than 6 inches this jack will work great. All the hardware needed to install the jack is included.
With regards to trying to upgrade the maneuverability of your jack, especially on any type of ground that's not perfectly level and smooth, this ARK jack is the perfect option. The dual wheels feature off-road tread for superior grip and its heavy-duty construction won't have a problem handling any environment you take it through.
I have attached a short video review that you can check out as well.
