We don't have a way to check to see if you have a metal framework in the roof of your 2013 Rockwood HW276 to determine if the # SR1020 could attach to it but it can install through the roof either way.
I'd rather recommend you the Swagman part # S80510 though as it will fit your camper and does not require any type of metal frame work to attach to the roof. Based on our customer reviews our customers in general prefer this to the Sportrack as well. I attached an install video as well.
