still not sure how to mount the suggested rack to my popup , will continue to looking for help

We don't have a way to check to see if you have a metal framework in the roof of your 2013 Rockwood HW276 to determine if the # SR1020 could attach to it but it can install through the roof either way.

I'd rather recommend you the Swagman part # S80510 though as it will fit your camper and does not require any type of metal frame work to attach to the roof. Based on our customer reviews our customers in general prefer this to the Sportrack as well. I attached an install video as well.

I attached a couple pictures that show how the rack installs as well as an install instructions link and a link to an install video. The instructions are for a standard install on a pop up like yours and while not specific to your exact camper the install process would be the same.
