Yes, the SMI Air Force One Supplemental Braking System for Motorhomes with Air Brakes # SM99243 or the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 are each completely compatible with your 2019 Chevy Colorado and I have even linked an install video of this system on a '19 Colorado.

The other parts you will need to flat tow your 2019 Chevy Colorado are:
