Yes, the Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs part # HSAB will fit a 2012 Ford F-250 so long as you have a SRW model. If you have a DRW model then you won't be able to use a set of bed mounted camper tie-down and will instead need to use frame mounted camper tie downs, the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs part # TLF2012 and part # TLF3006 (Short Bed + Factory Hitch). I have attached turn buckles for each of these options.
