Yes, you can use a Roadmaster Guardian Rock Guard # RM-4000 when flat towing your 2018 Buick Envision.
You'll need to use a Roadmaster flat towing setup that has the crossbar so let's get you set up with that as well.
Starting with the base plates I recommend the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit # RM-523188-4. This base plate kit is custom fit for your vehicle and features a hidden bracket design for a nice clean look when you aren't towing.
For a compatible tow bar that will work great with your vehicle I recommend the Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain # RM-576. This tow bar has a non-binding design that allows for easy hookup and extra-long telescoping arms for better maneuverability on the road. It has an 8,000 pound towing capacity and safety cables are included so you won't need to purchase those separately.
For a lighting solution I like the Roadmaster Diode Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This kit will allow you to wire your Buick so it accepts the needed signal lights from the RV while towing. It includes a 6-Way that you will mount to the front of the vehicle and enough coiled wiring to go from there to the 7-Way on the RV.
According to your Buick's owner's manual, both the 29 and 32 (Body Control Module) fuses need to be pulled before flat towing to prevent the battery from draining. I recommend adding the Fuse Bypass Switch # RM76512 to help simplify this process.
Then for a supplemental braking system I highly recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251. This proportional system will activate the brakes in your Buick at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in the RV. This just requires the initial installation and the system becomes virtually maintenance free thereafter.
Finally, you will likely need a high-low adapter in order to keep the tow bar level. I have attached a great article that explains how to choose the best one for your setup, along with a link that will take you to our available selection. I have also included instructions and video demonstrations on the products mentioned and an FAQ on flat towing that you might find helpful.
