Replacement Yoke Latch for Older Atwood Coupler

Question:

Do you offer the yoke latch that is on coupler CA-5210-B separately from the coupler? A-Frame Trailer Coupler - Yoke Latch - Black - 2 inch Ball - Weld On - 8,000 lbs Code: CA-5210-B I have an Atwood 15775 latch that I need to replace and as you know that part is no longer available. I would prefer not to have to remove the existing coupler from my trailer and have another re-welded to it if I do not have to. Thank you.

We do not currently have a latch repair kit available for the A-Frame Trailer Coupler # CA-5210-B that you referenced. I also don't believe the same latch assembly from this unit would install on your existing Atwood model without significant modifications.

I know it's not really want you want to hear but your best option at this point is to replace what you have with another similar Yoke Latch Coupler like the above-mentioned etrailer.com # CA-5210-B. As you mentioned this would require you to cut off your existing coupler and weld on the new one.
