Will Draw Tite Hitch Installed on 2019 Toyota RAV4 Have Better Ground Clearance Than Passat

I have the Thule T2 Xt and I have it on my 2016 Passat and it hits the ground frequently when I go up a driveway apron. Would the same thing happen with the Rav4 and this receiver hitch?

Your 2019 Toyota RAV4 sits up quite a bit higher than a Passat so with the Draw Tite hitch # 36675 installed you'd have much better ground clearance with the Thule T2 XT # TH23JV. Also the distance from the rear axle to the rear of the vehicle is shorter on the Rav4 so the elevation changes won't be quite as exaggerated at the rear of the vehicle too.
