Question:
would these be the right drums to replace the ones on my 2003 Trial-Lite the drums on it have 8-247 cast on the front. 10X21/4 brakes 5x4/12 bolt pattern on the inside of the brake plate it has 023-027-00 I was all looking to buy new brake kits for both axles and 4Tires. It has St 1850-80D13 bias ply. I was considering going with radials. What would be your advice. Thanks

The Hub and Drum assembly you referenced, part # 84546UC3 has the same casting number on it, so it is most likely the correct replacement for you.
I would recommend looking at your existing bearings to confirm a match. If the existing bearings you have are # L68149 inner and # L44649 outer, these are the correct replacements.
For electric brake assemblies, use # 23-26 for the left side, and # 23-27 for the right. The mounting nuts, # 6-17 and lock washers, # 5-8 are not included. You would need 4 of each per each brake assembly.
The only ST185/80D-13 tire we offer is a bias ply, part # AM1ST79 . We do offer a radial tire in ST175/80D-13 size, part # AM10210. The size difference is miniscule, the AM1ST79 is 24.4 inches in diameter, while the # AM10210 is 24.1 inches in diameter.
I would recommend going with the # AM10210, because radial tires offer better ride quality and better heat dispersion. Excess heat build-up is the leading cause of premature tire wear and failure. Make sure you always keep your trailer tires inflated to the maximum psi listed on the tire sidewall.
I have linked you to our Trailer Tire FAQ, that has information that you might find helpful.
