We have a number of trailer hitches available that are designed to install onto trailers like yours but looking at pictures of your 2018 Flagstaff Shamrock there are a few things that might work as obstacles for a standard frame-mount unit.
Your trailer features a welded bumper at the rear along with a mounted spare tire. Depending on where you would be able to weld/bolt on a frame-mounted hitch, this would likely lead to some clearance issues when it's time to actually insert an accessory or ball mount to the receiver.
Along with this there appears to be factory scissor jacks located at the rear corners that could interfere with the mounting hardware.
With all of this in mind I think your best option is with a bumper-mount receiver like the Curt # E-100, as long as that bumper on your Flagstaff is 4 inches square. This is simply going to bolt around the bumper for a simple no-drill installation and it features a 350 pound tongue weight capacity with a 3,500 pound towing weight limit. You will also want to verify the capacity of the bumper itself by contacting the trailer manufacturer (if it's not listed in your trailer's manual).
You should hopefully be able to move the spare tire off-center on the bumper to make room for this in the middle. This will avoid any interference with the rear scissor jacks and also help with clearance since it will be mounted in front of the bumper instead of tucked back behind it.
I have attached a short video demonstration that you can check out as well.
