I see what you mean now. The Buyers Products Hitch Plate with Receiver Tube # 3371809065 that you referenced will fit your setup. It's the right width for your 34 inch wide frame and is less than 12 inches in depth front to back where it would mount to the frame so in that regard it would also fit too.
