I looked up the towing capacity of a 2013 Ford F-150 with the 3.5 liter EcoBoost and it can tow a trailer up to 9,600 lbs.
The Curt hitch part # C14002 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your truck as long as it does not have the factory hitch and has more capacity than the truck as well so you'd be able to take full advantage of the truck's towing capacity.
