For that you'd want the part # BWRVK3500 which is height adjustable from 16-1/4 inch to 18-1/4 inch in height and easily installs in the B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch part # BWGNRK1016.
This hitch installs easily into the gooseneck ball opening that the Turnoverball has allowing you also the benefit of having a totally clean truck bed when you aren't towing as well.
The Companion hitch breaks down easily into a few sections to make the weight of it more manageable when installing and removing as well. I attached a review video for the hitch plus an install video of the rail kit too.
