Question:

I have tried to order these before from a nother site only to order the wrong ones. Wanted to see if you sold the ones to fit. The length is 24 and width is 4.

It's difficult to choose a replacement step pad without knowing the manufacturer of the nerf bars. The dimensions you mention, 24x4 and what looks to be an approximate 5-1/8 inch spacing center to center between two of the mounting holes leads me to believe that the Westin # 21-0001 could possibly be a replacement but without knowing the manufacturer of your existing bars I couldn't say for sure or guarantee fit.

I've provided a photo showing the exact spacing of the pins that hold the pad in place. If the center to center pin spacing matches, the pad might work for you but I couldn't guarantee fit without knowing the manufacturer of the existing bars.
