Troubleshooting New Trailer Wiring Harness Install and Lights are Now Dim

Question:
Just installed a new wiring harness on my trailer. Now only the turn signals work and nothing else. Everything worked before. Very faint light for braking

Sounds like the ground circuit for the trailer wiring isn't sufficient and that's why the lights are barely lighting up with the brake lights. If the lights ground through the mounting hardware make sure they are connected to a clean metal surface or you can run a jumper wire from the mounting hardware back to the main ground wire of the trailer wiring.
