Will this fit over the over #MA26JR lid on a Heng roof vent with no obstructions?

Yes, the MaxxAir II RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover # MA26JR that you referenced will fit over the standard Heng roof vent you have on your trailer. Due to the height of this (and other similar vent covers) you won't be able to fully open the roof vent but with roof vents the lid doesn't have to be fully opened to get full air flow.
