The only concealed cross tube designed hitch available for the 2019 Ford Edge Titanium is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75234. The only portion of the hitch that will be visible once installed is the receiver. The bulky cross tube will be hidden underneath the vehicle. I have attached a photo to show what this will look like.
The wiring harness you need for the Titanium is Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C73FR. This is the only wiring harness available at this time for the Titanium (May 2023). I have attached a video for the hitch and wiring for your reference.
If you plan on towing with the Edge, you may be interested in the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches # 989900 which includes a ball mount with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop, a ball mount with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop, a 1-7/8" hitch ball and a 2" hitch ball. If you are not sure how much rise or drop you need yet or which size ball your trailer coupler needs, then this kit has your bases covered. It also comes with a nice carrying bag. I have attached a helpful article regarding figuring how much rise or drop you may need in a ball mount to tow level.
