Class 111 hitch for Ford Edge 2018 will it inerfear the senses opening reare door with foot?

The class III trailer hitch receiver I recommend for your 2018 Ford Edge is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13234 which is a direct fit that installs using pre-existing holes in the frame rail. The hands free liftgate sensor will be limited to areas directly away from the receiver tube. This means that it will still work but you will want to position your foot to either side of the receiver tube in order to activate the rear hatch release.

Will a 2019 Ford edge titanium work on the hands free lift gate work if l get a hitch put on

Yes, the hands-free lift gate will still work with the Curt Hitch # C13234 installed on your 2019 Ford Edge Titanium, but you will need to kit to either side of the receiver in a back and forth motion as opposed to swiping your foot under the bumper like normal. In the attached link you can see a photo of where people have had luck getting the sensors to work.
