Question:
I have a 2018 Ford Edge, the Titanium model. What hitch will fit this that you recommend and what about a wiring harness?

The trailer hitch I highly recommend for your 2018 Ford Edge Titanium is the Draw-Tite # 75234 because it has a hidden crosstube which will allow your Edge Titanium to keep its clean, refined look.
The accompanying photo shows this hitch installed on an '18 Edge Titanium and how it looks compared to a different hitch installed on an Edge. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and 675 lb tongue weight capacity along with a 4,500 lb towing capacity, though you will want to check your owner's manual to verify the towing capacity of your vehicle.
For trailer wiring I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118677 because of its easy installation; you only need to plug it into connection points behind the tail lights of your Edge and run a hot lead to the battery. I have added links to a video install of this harness on an '18 Edge as well as a link to a video of the hitch being installed on a 2018 Edge for you to take a look at.
I also recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which is for 2” hitches and may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip.
You can use the link to the help article on ball mounts I've added to determine if this kit will give you the correct amount of drop or rise. I've also attached a link to our pages with each of our ball mounts and hitch balls for you to check out.
