What is Controller Amperage Rating for Go Power Portable Solar System # GP-PSK-200

Question:
2 questions: Does the GP-PSK-200 come with the GP-PWM-30 controller or the GP-PWM-10 controller? If it does include the GP-PWM-30 controller, can I use this system with my pre-wired solar on the side plug rated for 20 amps as long as I only use the 200 watt panels?
